Lizzie Lee Ballycotton 5 & Blackwater Sprint
It’s been a long, busy, fun Summer season of triathlon and only one race remains in my calendar before I hang up my bike shoes and become a “normal” girl for a while…..Kenmare Half Iron Man – The Lost Sheep my first long race.
Am I nervous? Completely! Am I excited? Deffo! Lizzie Lee
My legs are tired....very very tired.
I did a big brick today in preparation for Kenmare. It was the biggest session I will have to do for Kenmare and it was tough but strangely enjoyable! Kenmare is going to be my first half ironman and until today I was wondering how I would actually get through it, but now I have the answer - by taking LOADS of gels :) Lizzie Lee Busy Racing
